This machine uses food-grade silicone. Because of silica the gap of gel plates and the centrifugal force, it will squeeze the garlic to be individual clove. Garlic stem,garlic skin will be blew away by the fan blower to the side of the machine, which an be collected. Garlic cloves come out from the other side of the machine. THis machine performance: high separating rate, low damage rate, wasy maintenance;and suitable for different species and size of the garlic.
